Once again, historic steam locomotives will be puffing to the screaming sound of old engines through the Zittau Mountains where visitors can see numerous rare rail and road vehicles of Saxon transport history at the first weekend in September. So to say, the Historik Mobil is a living transport museum, with exceptional locomotive and train units in continuous operation on all branches of the Zittau narrow gauge railway. During the Jonsdorf Oldtimertage (vintage car days), road vehicles, Lanz Bulldog tractors, trucks and fire engines will be presented around the station and municipal office in Jonsdorf health resort. So come and watch numerous famous vehicles from the history of the enginge, competing on Germany’s oldest Natural Race Track during the Lückendorf Mountain Race.
